Tasting Room: The 100-year-old barn on the property, complete with breathtaking views was lovingly restored in 2000. The barn tasting room was rebuilt from the ground up, leaving only the main timbers of the structure intact to maintain its structural integrity and historical value. Many original features of the structure were retained so you can still enjoy the authenticity of the original barn. The tasting room features one of the best winery gift shops in Oregon. From T-shirts to tea towels and wine centric signs and jewelry you are sure to find a keepsake to take home. A covered balcony overlooks the grounds and events facility creating a wonderful place to enjoy delicious Melrose wines all year round. The two commercial kitchens (one upstairs and one downstairs) and an outdoor BBQ area are where the owner creates the sumptuous food that Melrose Vineyards is famous for.
Winery: The 7000 plus square foot production facility has the case capacity of over 25,000 cases. The winery has been professionally equipped with refrigerated cold rooms, jacketed stainless steel tanks in varying sizes, glycol system and a state of the art bottling line. The building includes an on-site lab, barrel room and attached equipment list. In addition to producing the winery's private label, Melrose Vineyards is one of Southern Oregons most sought after custom crush facilities.
Events Center: Combining the romantic vineyard setting with gorgeous panoramic views, Melrose Vineyards Events Facility is an unparalleled venue that exudes luxury and elegance. The custom built events center consists of a bridal suite, grooms quarters, kitchen, covered seating for over 400 ppl, fountain and two multi-stall restrooms. Tables, chairs and incidentals are included with the sale. The venue has been an active and thriving location for weddings, retreats, and private winery events.

Melrose premium, estate vines are located on over 200 acres in the Umpqua Valley near the town of Roseburg, Oregon in the Umpqua Valley AVA. The vineyards thrive on a two-mile stretch of bank on the South Umpqua River. In 2009, an additional 100 acres were planted approximately nine miles North of the main vineyard. Much of this new vineyard is planted with Pinot Noir grapes, the first harvest of which was conducted in 2011.

Melrose Vineyards has built a reputation for providing high-quality fruit for numerous prestigious Oregon wineries throughout the state. Melrose fruit is sold through long-term contracts that have evolved into long-term relationships within the Oregon grape industry.
The vineyards are planted on resistant rootstock with full irrigation and water rights on primarily Class 1 soil. The vineyard was originally plant on Scott Henry Trellis system at a 11 x 7 spacing. All but 14 acres of Pinot Gris has been retrained to VSP Trellising system.
